Spin & Win Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Spin For A Treat! Redemption Spin & Win Cash Vouchers worth over RM43,000*’ (“Spin & Win”) which is organised by the management of UOA Group [u1] (“Organiser”). The Campaign is open to all residing in Malaysia. For Malaysians below the age of 18, prior consent from their legal guardian must be obtained (“Eligible Participant”).

Owners and staff of tenants/outlets are not eligible to redeem using receipts from their stores.

Some cash vouchers may be redeemable at F&B establishments that serve non-halal food and beverages. Customers are advised to exercise discretion based on their personal dietary and religious preferences.

The management is not liable for the suitability of individual prizes to participants’ dietary or religious requirements. No exchange or refund of prizes will be allowed.

Campaign Duration and Redemption

The Campaign starts from 1 July 2025 at 10:00am, and closes on 15 August 2025 at 9:30pm (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion, amend the Campaign Period at any time without prior notice to any party whatsoever. Unless otherwise varied to the contrary by the Organiser, any participation in the Campaign shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions set out herein which shall remain in full force and effect at all times. Entries received outside the Campaign Period shall automatically be disqualified.

Winners can redeem their gifts (“Redemption Items”) from 1 July 2025 at 10:00am until 15 August 2025 at 9:30pm (“Redemption Period”). The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Redemption Period at any time without prior notice to any party whatsoever. Unless otherwise varied to the contrary by the Organiser, any participation in the Campaign shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions set out herein which shall remain in full force and effect at all times. Gifts that are not redeemed from Concierge Counters, Level LG, The Sphere or Level G, Nexus by 9:30pm, 15 August 2025 will be void and will no longer be redeemable.

Spend RM150 on weekdays or RM80 on weekends in a maximum of two (2) receipts on the same day to redeem ONE (1) Spin & Win Cash Voucher.

Purchases must be made at The Sphere, Nexus and South Link in Bangsar South only.

1. Redemption is limited to ONE (1) item per customer per day.
2. Redemption items are on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.
3. Redemption items are strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
4. Shoppers are required to show their proof of purchase to receive the redemption items.
5. Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification and validation purposes during redemption.
6. Valid only for original, same-day receipts from purchases made at The Sphere, Nexus and South Link in Bangsar South.
7. Excluding receipts from Aeon MaxValu Prime, Aeon Wellness, bill payment of any kind, reloads/top-ups, bank transactions, and purchases of gift cards or any form of cash or shopping vouchers.
8. Valid for purchases amounting to a minimum of RM150 on weekdays or RM80 on weekends in a maximum of TWO (2) receipts.
9. Images shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary from the images portrayed in any marketing collateral displayed.
10. The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item, with or without any prior notification.
11. The Management reserves the right to demand proof of purchase for verification purposes.

Right of the Organiser

1. The Organiser, its related and associated companies, and its agencies and companies associated with the Campaign disclaim any and all liability arising from the Campaign and will not be responsible or held liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) resulting from any participant’s participation in the Campaign, redemption and/or usage of the gift(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
2. By participating in the Campaign, all Eligible Participants agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Organiser harmless from and against any suits, claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees that may arise from or in connection with the Campaign.
3. All entries will be the property of the Organiser and the Eligible Participants will not claim, use, or exploit the entries for any purpose by any means at any time. By entering the Campaign, each Eligible Participant agrees that the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the Eligible Participants and/or winners as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment or prior notice, and further agree that by entering the Campaign, the Eligible Participants and/or the winners waive all rights associated with the image they have submitted for the campaign. Eligible Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
4. By participating in the Campaign, each Eligible Participant is deemed to have read, understood all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and they are fully and unconditionally agreed to be bound by it (as varied or changed). The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for legal, technical, or commercial reasons at any time without prior notice and any such amendments shall be effective in the posting on Bangsar South’s website. Please check these terms and conditions regularly to see if there have been any changes.
5. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice if it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered with or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser, despite the best efforts of the Organiser.
6. Any terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign which is illegal, prohibited, or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition, or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions.
7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.

UOA Privilege Members Redemption Terms & Conditions:

1. Each UOA Privilege member is entitled to redeem only ONE (1) Spin & Win Cash Vouchers worth over RM43,000* by spending a minimum of RM50* in a single receipt at The Sphere, Nexus or South Link in Bangsar South during the promotion period starting from 1 July to 15 August 2025.
2. Redemption is only valid with original receipts from purchases made at The Sphere, Nexus, or South Link in Bangsar South on the same day as the redemption date.
3. Redemption shall exclude purchases from AEON MaxValu Prime, Aeon Wellness, bill payments of any kind, reloads/top-ups, bank transactions, and purchases of gift cards or any form of cash or shopping vouchers.
4. Redeemable at the Concierge counters listed below: –

Nexus – Level G, Bangsar South

Redemption is only applicable during operation hours from 10:00am to 10:00pm daily, starting from 1 July 2025 to 15 August 2025.

5. UOA Privilege members must login UOA Privilege Mobile App, select the “Spin For A Treat! – Spin & Win Cash Vouchers worth over RM43,000*” e-voucher under the Gift Tab, and scan the valid QR Code at the respective concierge counters to redeem.
6. The vouchers are limited on a first come, first served basis. While stocks last.
