Spin & Win Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Redemption: Spin & Win Dining to Spa Cash Vouchers worth over RM33,000*’ (“Spin & Win”) which is organized by the management of UOA Group [u1] (“Organizer”). Campaign is open to all residing in Malaysia. For Malaysians below the age of 18, prior consent from their legal guardian must be obtained (“Eligible Participant”).
Owners and staff of tenants/outlets are not eligible to redeem using receipts from their store.
Campaign Duration and Redemption
The Campaign starts from 23 January 2024 at 10:00am – and closes 24 February 2024 at 5:00pm (“Campaign Period”). The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Campaign Period at any time without prior notice to any party whatsoever. Unless otherwise varied to the contrary by the Organizer, any participation in the Campaign shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions set out herein which shall remain in full force and effect at all times. Entries received outside the Campaign Period shall automatically be disqualified.
Winners can redeem their gifts (“Redemption Items”) from 23 January 2024 at 10:00am until closes 24 February 2024 at 9:30pm (“Redemption Period”). The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Redemption Period at any time without prior notice to any party whatsoever. Unless otherwise varied to the contrary by the Organizer, any participation in the Campaign shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions set out herein which shall remain in full force and effect at all times. Gifts that are not redeemed from the Concierge Counter, Level LG, The Sphere by 9:30pm, 24 January 2024 will be void and will no longer be redeemable.
Spend a minimum of RM288* in a maximum of TWO (2) receipts on the same day to redeem ONE (1) Spin & Win Cash Voucher.
Purchase must be made at The Sphere, Nexus and South Link in Bangsar South only.
- Redemption is limited to ONE (1) item per customer per day.
- Redemption items are on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.
- Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
- Shoppers are required to show their proof of purchase in order to receive the redemption items.
- Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification and validation purposes during redemption.
- Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at The Sphere, Nexus and South Link in Bangsar South on the same date, excluding receipts from Aeon MaxValu Prime, bill payment of any kind, reload/top up, transaction from banks, purchases of gift card(s) or any form of cash/shopping voucher.
- Valid for purchases amounting to a minimum of RM288 in a maximum of TWO (2) receipts.
- Images shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary from the images portrayed in any marketing collateral displayed.
- The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
- The Management reserves the right to demand proof of purchase for verification purposes.
Right of the Organizer
- The Organizer, its related and associated companies, and its agencies and companies associated with the Campaign disclaim any and all liability arising from the Campaign and will not be responsible or held liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) resulting from any participant’s participation in the Campaign, redemption and/or usage of the gift(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
- By participating in the Campaign, all Eligible Participants agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Organizer harmless from and against any suits, claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees that may arise from or in connection with the Campaign.
- All entries will be the property of the Organizer and the Eligible Participants will not claim, use, or exploit the entries for any purpose by any means at any time. By entering the Campaign, each Eligible Participant agrees that the Organizer reserves the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the Eligible Participants and/or winners as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment or prior notice, and further agree that by entering the Campaign, the Eligible Participants and/or the winners waive all rights associated with the image they have submitted for the campaign. Eligible Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
- By participating in the Campaign, each Eligible Participant is deemed to have read, understood all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and they are fully and unconditionally agreed to be bound by it (as varied or changed). The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for legal, technical, or commercial reasons at any time without prior notice and any such amendments shall be effective in the posting on Bangsar South’s website. Please check these terms and conditions regularly to see if there have been any changes.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice if it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organizer, despite the best efforts of the Organizer.
- Any terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign which is illegal, prohibited, or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition, or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.

An entry is deemed eligible by fulfilling the following requirements:
This Spend & Win (“Contest”) is organised by UOA Group (“UOA”), open to the general public (“Participant”) and shall commence from 23 January 2024 until 13 February 2024 (“Contest Period”).
- To participate in the Contest, the Participant shall make a minimum purchase of RM88* and above in maximum of ONE (1) receipt on the same day at any outlet in The Sphere, Nexus or South Link, Bangsar South, excluding receipts from Aeon MaxValu Prime, bill payment of any kind, reload/top-up, transaction from banks, purchases of gift card(s) or any form of cash/shopping voucher. Each receipt is entitled to ONE (1) entry only.
- The Participant shall redeem the entry form at the concierge counter in The Sphere or Nexus, Bangsar South. The Participant shall thereafter fill in the entry form, attach the original receipt on the same date of purchase and place into the designated box at the concierge counter.
- There is no limitation on the number of Contest submission during the Contest Period. Entries outside of the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified.
- The list of winners will be announced on Bangsar South official Instagram, Bangsar South official Facebook page and selected randomly from among all the eligible entries after the end of the campaign, and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by UOA, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by UOA. UOA’s decision is final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
- If UOA is unable to contact the winner after three (3) attempts within 7 days from the first attempt of contact, UOA reserves the right to cancel the winner’s entry. The non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against UOA on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
- UOA reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.
- By participating in this Contest, the Participant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set by UOA. Participant is to assume full liability in case of injury, damage or claim resulting from participating in this Contest.
