Moonlit Bloom: Spend & Redeem Terms & Conditions:

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘DIY LED Lantern Kit and LED Rabbit Lantern’ which is organised by the management of UOA Group [u1] (“Organiser”). Campaign is open to all residing in Malaysia. For Malaysians below the age of 18, prior consent from their legal guardian must be obtained (“Eligible Participant”).

Owners and staff of tenants/outlets are not eligible to redeem using receipts from their stores.

Campaign Duration and Redemption

The Campaign starts from 18 September 2025 at 10:00 am and closes on 6 October 2025 at 9:30pm (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Campaign Period at any time without prior notice to any party whatsoever. Unless otherwise varied to the contrary by the Organiser, any participation in the Campaign shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions set out herein which shall remain in full force and effect at all times. Entries received outside the Campaign Period shall automatically be disqualified.

Winners can redeem their gifts (“Redemption Items”) from 18 September 2025 at 10:00 am until 6 October 2025 at 9:30 pm (“Redemption Period”). The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Redemption Period at any time without prior notice to any party whatsoever. Unless otherwise varied to the contrary by the Organiser, any participation in the Campaign shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions set out herein which shall remain in full force and effect at all times. Gifts that are not redeemed from the Concierge Counter, Level LG, The Sphere or Concierge Counter, Level G, Nexus by 9:30 pm, 6 October 2025 will be void and will no longer be redeemable.

Redemption:

1. DIY LED Lantern Kit: Redeem ONE (1) DIY LED Lantern Kit by spending RM80* in a single receipt at The Sphere, Nexus or South Link in Bangsar South.

Purchases must be made at The Sphere, Nexus and South Link in Bangsar South only.

1. Redemption is limited to ONE (1) item per customer per day.
2. Redemption items are on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.
3. Redemption items are strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
4. Shoppers are required to show their proof of purchase before receiving the redemption items.
5. Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification and validation purposes during redemption.
6. Valid only for original, same-day receipts from purchases made at The Sphere, Nexus and South Link in Bangsar South.
7. Excluding receipts from Aeon MaxValu Prime, Aeon Wellness, bill payment of any kind, reloads/top-ups, bank transactions, and purchases of gift cards or any form of cash or shopping vouchers.
8. DIY LED Lantern Kit: Valid for purchases amounting to RM80 in a single receipt on the same day.
9. Images shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary from the images portrayed in any marketing collateral displayed.
10. The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
11. The Management reserves the right to demand proof of purchase for verification purposes.

Right of the Organizer

1. The Organiser, its related and associated companies, and its agencies and companies associated with the Campaign disclaim any and all liability arising from the Campaign and will not be responsible or held liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) resulting from any participant’s participation in the Campaign, redemption and/or usage of the gift(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
2. By participating in the Campaign, all Eligible Participants agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Organiser harmless from and against any suits, claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees that may arise from or in connection with the Campaign.
3. All entries will be the property of the Organiser and the Eligible Participants will not claim, use, or exploit the entries for any purpose by any means at any time. By entering the Campaign, each Eligible Participant agrees that the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the Eligible Participants and/or winners as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment or prior notice, and further agree that by entering the Campaign, the Eligible Participants and/or the winners waive all rights associated with the image they have submitted for the campaign. Eligible Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
4. By participating in the Campaign, each Eligible Participant is deemed to have read, understood all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and they are fully and unconditionally agreed to be bound by it (as varied or changed). The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for legal, technical, or commercial reasons at any time without prior notice and any such amendments shall be effective in the posting on Bangsar South’s website. Please check these terms and conditions regularly to see if there have been any changes.
5. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice if it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser, despite the best efforts of the Organiser.
6. Any terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign which is illegal, prohibited, or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition, or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions.
7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.

UOA Privilege Members’ Redemption Terms & Conditions:

1. Each UOA Privilege Member is entitled to redeem ONE (1) LED Rabbit Lantern with a minimum spend of RM50 in a single receipt.
2. Valid only for original, same-day receipts from purchases made at The Sphere, Nexus and South Link in Bangsar South on the same date, excluding receipts from Aeon MaxValu Prime, Aeon Wellness, bill payment of any kind, reload/top up, transaction from banks, purchases of gift card(s) or any form of cash/shopping voucher.
3. Redeemable at the Concierge counters listed below: –

                  The Sphere – Level LG, Bangsar South | Nexus – Level G, Bangsar South

Redemption is only applicable during operation hours from 10 am to 10 pm daily, starting from 18 September 2025 – 6 October 2025.

5. UOA Privilege members must login UOA Privilege Mobile App, select the “LED Rabbit Lantern” e-voucher at Gift Tab and scan the valid QR Code at the respective Concierge counters to redeem.

6. On a first come, first served basis. While stocks last.

7. Each UOA Privilege member is entitled to a maximum of ONE (1) redemption during the campaign period.
