Walk through The Grove, a garden patch of corn and ladyfingers, and approach The Farmhouse. Captivating your senses as it welcomes you in are florals and lush tropical greens, and just beyond the orchid wall lays The Secret Garden. This fairytale introduction aptly describes The Farm Foodcraft experience, a self-sustaining farmto-table concept restaurant. Advocating freshness in everything it does, food offered here comes from its very own in-house urban farming laboratory, located on the mezzanine floor of a double-storey greenhouse, and also where a private dining room is located.
Dishes served are of various origins, some Western but reinterpreted with the Malaysian flair; and others are local favourites with a new twist. True to its promise to remain ecofriendly in all its operations, The Farm Foodcraft also practises noseto-tail dining, which is essentially a commitment to utilising all available ingredients to their fullest potential. The goal is to eventually achieve zero waste.
